Common questions

What happens when the domiciliation ends?

Your contract comes to an end and we tell you in advance from your client area. You renew if you want to, at the rate in force.

Are official fees included?

The package covers our own services. Official fees paid on your behalf are passed on to you at cost, with no margin.

Can I change what the package contains?

You can add whatever you need — mail scanning, a second language, a premium address. Those options are added on top of the package price, which you keep. Change the length of the domiciliation or the website plan, however, and the package no longer matches: each service is then priced separately in the summary.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer. The details are on your order summary and in your client area.
