What we ask for
- Whether you already hold a negative certificate — if not, three proposed company names in order of preference.
- The type of registered office: domiciliation, a lease, or premises you own.
- If you choose domiciliation: the city and the duration.
- The company's business activity and its share capital.
- For each partner and manager: name, date of birth, ID number, nationality and address. A partner can also be a company or a minor child, with their representative.
- Your contact details so we can get back to you.
Before you start

After you order
You receive an order reference to use as the reference of your transfer. Once payment is received, our team picks up your file and contacts you about the next steps.
